What do these terms mean?

Link Popularity 

Link Popularity is a snapshot of how many sites are linking to you. The more sites that link to you, the better you'll do in the search engines, as well as direct traffic from those sites.

Search-Engine Saturation

This is how many pages of your site the search engines have indexed. The more, the better.

Keyword penetration

This tells you where your site comes up in searches for specific words or terms. Do your best to get on the radar for as many of these as possible.
